Phone Guardian is a mobile security anti thief software for your Series 60 v3 Symbian smartphones.

In case your mobile is forgotten or stolen, Phone Guardian will allow you to remotely secure and auto lock your Symbian mobile by sending a lock SMS.

Once locked the phone remains secured. It will not be possible for the thief to use your phone or to uninstall the Phone Guardian software. Mobile can only be unlocked by sending an unlock SMS with a password.

Q: Can I update the software if I change my phone?

A: Yes, sure, we will generate you the code for the software that you have purchased. You just have to send us the old IMEI number and the new one. As soon as we received your e-mail we will write you back and send you new registration info.

Q: There is a problem with PG v.2.0 - when I send the lock SMS, it is visible in the Inbox and does not lock the phone. What I did wrong?

A: To find out the problem, please be sure that you have set everything correct in the PG settings. Phone Guardian application must be on. If everything is ok, please, be sure that you have sent the correct password to lock the phone. To check this and be sure that you have done everything correct, please change your password for a simple one (it should be easier to check).

Q: I can not register the software PG v.2.0 The code, which I have is too long. What should I do to register the software?

A: To register the software just enter it into the registration field without ‘-’ minuses. Be sure that the code is entered correct.

Q: Is registration code for PG v.2.0 the same as for v.1.0?

A: No, the code is not the same, as we have changed it. If you are our customer and you have purchased the PG before. You have just send us the IMEI number of the phone and we will generate you the new code for Phone Guardian v.2.0.

Q: What should I do, I have forgot my password for Phone Guardian and my phone is locked?

A: To unlock the phone, please enter the registration code, which you have received after the purchase, instead of the password. It should help.
